POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking
a talented, energetic individual to lead our coastal country inn team. Responsibilities
include overall management of F&B service, functions, weddings, financial
management, rooms operations and maintenance coordination. Year-round position.
The late fall-winter are lower key: fewer guests, no food service, with serious
marketing/sales program in place. Spring opening is busier. Summer-early fall
are demanding when full food service is operating. This individual will work within
existing systems where an ability to think outside the box is essential to daily
problem solving. A passion for living in an extraordinary location is fundamental.
REQUIRED
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum
of 3 years of inn/hotel and F&B management, congeniality and excellent references
required.
