General responsibilities

all guest needs, supervising personnel. Food and wine knowledge and prior restaurant
experience is an added advantage. This is a full-time year-round position.
The hotel's busiest season is summer thru fall. Late fall thru winter is slower
with more events marketed. Restaurant operates year-round; 5 days per week in
low season, 7 days per week in high season.

REQUIRED
